Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated IT Specialist to join our global team. As a Global IT Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support, managing IT infrastructure, and ensuring the smooth operation of our systems across multiple countries. This is a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic environment with a diverse team, leveraging your expertise to drive innovation and efficiency.
Responsibilities:
– Provide technical support and troubleshoot hardware and software issues across different locations.
– Maintain and administer IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and databases.
– Collaborate with internal teams to implement and maintain system upgrades, patches, and security measures.
– Develop and maintain IT policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
– Manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights across various systems.
– Monitor system performance, identify bottlenecks, and propose solutions for improvement.
– Conduct regular data backups and ensure data integrity and availability.
– Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and propose innovative solutions to enhance the Din Familiejurist’s IT capabilities.
Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
– Proven experience as an IT Specialist or in a similar role.
– Strong knowledge of hardware, software, networking, and operating systems.
– Proficient in troubleshooting technical issues and providing timely solutions.
– Familiarity with IT security best practices and data protection regulations.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with global teams.
– Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
– Willingness to travel occasionally to various locations as required.
